So good, you'll want S'MORE!

This absolutely adorable tin is being brought to you from the amazingly creative Teresa in Shoreline. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Tin (measures 3 ¼ x 4 ½ x 1 ¼)

Trimmer

Various cardstock

Border punch

Adhesive

Corner Rounder

Ribbon Button

Twine/Jute

Mini marshmallows, Hershey's Kisses, Graham Crackers, 4x4" Ziploc Bags

Thanks for joining me for this easy and super fun project!

Let’s begin with the tins topper. I started with Bubinga wood grain cardstock, cutting it down to 3 x 4 ½. Use your corner rounder to round all corners. Now cut down a patterned paper to 2 ¾ x 4 ¼, just smaller than the wood grain. Also round the corners on this piece. Center and adhere these pieces together.

This was the fun part for me… Use your trimmer, border punch and cardstocks to create different size & color pieces. Layer together as you desire. Using a fun and playful font, I typed a title for the kit, trimming, layering and adhereing this piece on the tin topper. Finishing the tin topper is the stick and marshmallows – I simply cut this out by hand using the wood grain and white cardstocks. I lightly inked the edges of the marshmallows, giving them a ‘toasted’ look. Adhere to topper – adhere topper to the lid of your tin.

Take your favorite 1” ribbon and adhere to all 4 sides of tin. Twine/jute gets wrapped around twice and knotted off center. A good sized, colorful button over the knot finishes off the outside!

Mmmm. Now for the inside (my mouth is watering)! Place 6 graham cracker halves inside a 4x4 ziploc bag. Fill a 4x4 ziploc bag half way with mini marshmallows. These, plus 12-15 Hersey’s Kisses get arranged in the tin (it probably would not hurt to try a few of the Kisses, to ensure they are fit for gifting…).

Waala! Your S’mores Kit is now complete! It is now ready to give to someone special.

XOXO,

Teresa in Shoreline

Recipient's Note: As the beneficiary of this AMAZING little tin, I can attest to how much this little gesture will be loved by all. Think you can't make an "urban S'more"? Think again. With a little help from the toaster oven, I thoroughly enjoyed this tasty treat! Thank you Teresa!!
